Join Sue Woolley and Karen Long for a week of yoga, meditation and relaxation, in a chilled-out environment at Spain’s top yoga retreat. Five star quality accommodation, superb vegetarian food, wonderful meditation caves and beautiful countryside combine to rate the Molino del Rey as one of the world's best yoga destinations.

October is a great time of year to visit southern Spain, avoiding the blistering heat of the summer ensures that is not too hot to explore the stunning countryside, enjoy our inclusive day trip to Ronda, sunbathing or horse riding in a pleasantly warm 25-28°C.

As well as yoga classes, there will also be workshops for the nutritional benefits of raw chocolate (with tastings!), cave meditations and, for the more adventurous, inversions and advanced yoga workshops. Excellent horse riding and massage therapy are available as extras.

The price is £1195 - and includes half-board (vegetarian) in a shared room, with airport transfers from Malaga Airport, all classes and workshops and a day excursion to the ancient city of Ronda. Single occupancy rooms are available for extra £395. A deposit of £350 is required to secure your booking. Flights are not included.

Evening activities include cave chanting, meditations and generally chilling-out. All activities, classes and workshops are purely optional -after all it's your holiday!
*Horse riding and other non-Studio organised activities may incur extra cost.

Please note that all activities, excursions and times are subject to change as weather and other unforeseen events may affect them. But hey! We'll have a great time anyway.

Accommodation
The King Suite

The luxuriously appointed rooms put the best hotels to shame. All rooms have twin beds, are en-suite and have coffee and tea making facilities. Most rooms have stunning views across the valley and are bright and spacious.
'The King Suite' is a larger suit with a king-sized double bed that can be reserved for an extra cost. Ideal for couples or individuals who like to spread out!.

Food
Vegetarian cuisine

The buffet-style vegetarian cuisine provide is second to none. It is without question superb - even if you are a confirmed meat eater you will be more than satisfied with the meals.
Molino del Rey have a small range of beers and good quality local wine to buy at very reasonable prices to enjoy with your meal, should you wish.
Breakfast is also buffet-style and is plentiful should wish to set yourself for the day.
