YanYoga with Yan ...

These popular one hour, six session courses are designed to gradually improve your yoga practice, step-by-step. The aim is to increase flexibility, strength, stamina, balance and focus, leading to better wellbeing, sleep, mindfulness, confidence and body toning, to name just a few of the benefits.

Yan's Ashtanga-based 'flow' classes are in plain English (no ancient Sanskrit names to learn!) and he explains why you are doing the poses and the the effects they are having on your body and mind. There are no 'oms', meditation or chanting in these classes - but we do have fun instead!

These classes are limited to 8 students and are useually in six week, six session blocks.
